ADI's Cynthia Menna was recently selected for Installation's Pro AV Watch List 2022. The list brings together the 25 key influencers in the AV industry across EMEA.

Installation serves the professional AV channel: systems integrators, installers, distributors, consultants, end users as well as influencers including architects and interior designers.

Cynthia is highly respected across the industry and was selected for her insight and contributions to the AV market.

Cynthia serves as the vice president and general manage of ADI's AV business, where she is focused on developing new business to drive growth and cultivating long-lasting customer and supplier relationships. Additionally, she leads the Herman Integration Services offer – ADI's value-added AV labor subcontracting services. ADI identified residential AV and professional AV as growth categories for the business, and has been expanding its offerings organically and through M&A activities. Since 2020, Cynthia has been instrumental in the acquisitions of AV-solutions providers Herman Pro AV (2020), Shoreview Distribution (2021) and Electronic Custom Distributors (2022), to expand ADI's presence across the AV market.
