In an effort to continuously build upon the opportunities ADI provides its customers to help them grow their businesses, we are excited to announce that Resideo has completed the acquisition of Herman ProAV to be part of ADI Global Distribution. This acquisition will help expand ADI’s Pro AV product offering and partnerships, as well as a new, unique services solution.

Herman ProAV is a leading provider of professional AV products, procurement services, and labor resources to systems integrators in the commercial AV industry. This acquisition will help our customers expand into new product categories and services and take advantage of the fast-growing Pro AV segment.

Herman’s product offering builds upon our portfolio and expands our presence in the Pro AV market. In addition to top-tier Pro AV products, the acquisition includes Herman Integration Services which provides AV systems integrators with trained and industry certified technicians, project managers, programmers and engineers through its unique subcontracting services.
