ADI's Dan Kurzyp was recently selected as a Future Leader Award winner by Modern Distribution Management Publication (MDM). MDM provides in-depth resources to executives in the wholesale distribution industry, and their Future Leader Awards recognize the young leaders who are blazing a path for the next generation of distribution. Winners are chosen from numerous nominees, across multiple industries, and represent some of the best talent in distribution under the age of 40.

Dan has been an integral business driver since joining the ADI North America team in 2018 as Senior Demand Planner. Since that time he has not only excelled at his 'day job' of forecasting and inventory planning, but continues to bring innovative practices and groundbreaking ideas to ADI. He has led several kaizens that resulted in enhanced customer support, maximized profitability and improved productivity across the organization. Dan continues to be recognized by his peers, leaders, customers and supplier partners for his passion and dedication to excellence in everything he does.

In his interview with MDM, Dan commented, “I was able to come in and use my skills and my past experiences in the industry to say, ‘OK, here’s what we could do to make things better and more efficient’. It’s just nice to see what impact you make daily to actually save the company money and support customers.”

It's not surprising that Dan was selected as an MDM Future Leader as he is described as the go-to-guy on his team, and has earned a high level of respect across the organization. Our congratulations goes out to Dan on this well-deserved recognition!
