ADI was recently awarded the 2020 Security Distributor of the Year Award for the UK and Ireland in the Security & Fire Excellence Awards.

For more than 20 years, the Security & Fire Excellence Awards have been celebrating innovation and excellence in the fire and security sectors. Entries are selected across a number of categories and an independent panel of judges from across the industry selects the finalists and winners for each category. 'Security Distributor of the Year' was recently added to the award program in 2019, and ADI has won the award consecutively for both years.  

ADI was selected based on the significant value it delivers to the security industry through its product offering, technical support, training programs and more. ADI was recognized as a security-focused distributor that goes above and beyond for its vendors, security installers and integrators, and end customers.

The Security & Fire Excellence Awards are typically received at an annual dinner celebration, however, this year they were presented in a virtual format for the first time last week.  

"We're proud to be named the Security Distributor of the Year for the second year in a row," said Michael Lawrence, ADI's UK & Ireland general manager. "ADI is focused on leading the industry with the products and value-added services we offer, and this recognition demonstrates the impact we have on our customers. Our success in these awards is a direct reflection of the continued hard work and support of our team."
